I resisted ALDI for a long time. Something about always having a quarter ready for a cart and bagging your own groceries just seemed intimidating. But, a few weeks ago I went to ALDI with a friend who's a regular who showed me the ropes.

I'm officially hooked!

ALDI is a game changer money-wise when trying to eat an anti-inflammatory diet that's made up of more whole, less processed foods. And on top of that, a lot of the products are higher-quality nutritionally - especially the produce because their organic produce is CHEAPER than the same conventional produce at other places.
