What’s my take on intermittent fasting?
I’ve been asked this a lot over the past three years, but several times in recent months, and it’s a topic I love getting asked about. In fact, I actually did a series of blog posts in 2018 on my experience actually trying it and trying to wrap my mind around changing research.

I expected to hate it.
Wasn’t even sure I could do it for 24 hours.
Was shocked I ended up kind of liking it.
Still try to do a 16:8 fast most days.
