17 Anti-Inflammatory Foods to Buy at Trader Joe's

Following an anti-inflammatory diet doesn’t mean eating expensive, bland health foods. In fact, I’ve really found the opposite to be true. The key to reducing inflammation is actually focusing on REAL FOODS that are tasty, family-friendly, and fairly inexpensive. And to prove just that, I did my weekly shopping at Trader Joe’s last week!
