Cinnamon Bulletproof Latte
I do intermittent fasting most days – something that I love but also probably couldn’t do without a cup of bulletproof coffee in the morning. Yet, sometimes a coffee with just a touch of flavor and sweetness sounds REALLY tempting. So I started experimenting last week, and here’s the result: a Cinnamon Bulletproof Latte that’s decadent-tasting but doesn’t break my fast! It almost makes me WANT to get out of bed on these rainy mornings lately.

Cinnamon Bulletproof Latte
You’ll love this decadent-tasting bulletproof coffee that doesn’t break your fast.
INGREDIENTS
8-12 fl ounces hot freshly brewed specialty-flavored coffee (I used Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce)
1 tablespoon grass-fed butter
¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond or coconut milk
1 tablespoon MCT oil
½-2 teaspoons liquid caramel stevia (such as SweetLeaf Sweet Drops)
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a blender; add lid and process 5 to 10 seconds or until frothy and blended. Pour into mug to serve. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon if desired.
PUMPKIN SPICE VARIATION: Use vanilla liquid stevia in place of caramel and add 1/8 to ¼ tsp of pumpkin pie spice before blending. Sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie spice if desired.
