Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash
The Instant Pot version may be the only way you;’ll cook spaghetti squash once you try this quick and easy method. The process takes less than 5 minutes of work and cooks only 20 minutes - half the time that it takes in the oven!
Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
1 spaghetti squash
1 cup water
Method
Slice the spaghetti squash in half. Remove the seeds in the center using a knife to loosen and a fork; discard seeds.
Place a trivet or steamer basket in the bottom of the Instant Pot and add a cup of water. Arrange the cut squash halves on top of the trivet and secure the lid in the Sealing position. Note: Halves may overlap and may not lay flat.
Manually set the pressure cooker to cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
When the timer goes off, carefully quick-release the pressure. Remove the squash halves from the pot. Let cool slightly. Then, use the tines of a fork to remove the cooked strands.
